Postponement and Ticketing FAQ

We’re already excited about delivering a superb Bigfoot on our new dates and as an independent business, we would ask those that would like to join us again to hold on to their tickets.

Can I keep my ticket for 2023?

Yes! We have big plans for the new dates and we promise it will be worth the wait. There’s nothing you need to do, we’ll provide new tickets as soon as they are available.

As a thank you to those that roll their tickets over, for every ticket you have purchased we would like to offer an additional ticket for Bigfoot 23 free of charge

Additionally, to make sure you have something to enjoy with us this summer, we’ll also give you a free guest ticket to our Craft Beer Festivals in either London, Manchester, Bristol, Glasgow or Birmingham, please contact us via email with your preference.

Can I get a refund?

Please send an email to info@bigfootfestival.co.uk with your Full Name and email address used to place the order and we will process your refund as quickly as possible. Only purchases made via bigfootfestival.co.uk can be refunded.

If you wish to keep your tickets but refund your pre-pitched or boutique camping, we will be happy to do so and you will also benefit from our offer of an additional ticket for Bigfoot 23 free of charge.

Due to the high volume of requests please allow up to 10 working days for a response.

I have Booking Protection, what do I need to do?

Our Booking Protection partners do not cover event postponement, however if you wish to cancel your booking and receive a refund, please send an email to info@bigfootfestival.co.uk with your Full Name and email address used to place the order and we will process your refund as quickly as possible. Due to the high volume of requests please allow up to 10 working days for a response.
